My Approach

I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

With Emotionally Focused Therapy, I work collaboratively with individuals and couples to uncover underlying issues, improve communication, and strengthen emotional bonds.

I also specialize in helping individuals process and heal from past traumas using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By combining these therapeutic modalities, I can provide comprehensive support for my clients as they navigate their emotional challenges, heal from past wounds, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
